Job Description – Connected Services Lounge Attendant
· Represents the image of the company in all contacts with customers in the Lounge.
· Gives real “customer care” to the passengers (smile, eye contact, friendliness…)
· Takes care of his/her uniform and has an excellent presentation.
· Provides a courteous welcome of the customers.
· Informs and advices the customers regarding the different services provided .
· Takes care of ticket exchange (Cards passengers only).
· Follow-up and reporting of customers’ frequentation.
· Administrative assistance of the customers (fax, copies…)
· Assures the correct appearance of the Lounge.
· Put newspapers, magazines, hot and soft drinks at the customers’ disposal.
Qualifications:
· Team oriented; flexibility; can-do attitude; open minded; stress resistant.
· Education: secondary school degree or equivalent by experience.
· Languages: French and English (Dutch or German is an asset)
· Able to organise and deal with difficult situations
