Job Description – Connected Services VAR/VAE Attendant
| · VAR “visite après arrivée” on trains arriving in Paris Nord station and VAE “Visite Avant Expédition” on trains leaving to Le Landy Depot/side track· Perform a full sweep of the entire train· Verify all passenger areas, including the toilets to check if the train is empty· Verify the catering areas for left behind equipment and/or food
· Verify the cargo hold to check if it is empty
· In case a person has remained on board invite this person to disembark · If required, alert security personnel
· In case luggage has remained on board, deliver this luggage to the lost property desk · In case a luggage or package is suspect alert the security personnel
· In case catering equipment remains on board, contact the CAV to organise offloading. |
